About The Role

As a key member of the ATCO Electric Yukon leadership team, you’ll lead a team of administrative and customer service professionals responsible for the delivery of customer billing, account management, revenue collection, and day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support the Customer Service and Administration team to deliver high-quality, consistent customer service
  • Oversee billing, accounting, metered sales, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation
  • Supervise office administration including document management, inventory, and systems maintenance
  • Develop and implement internal procedures to support continuous improvement
  • Liaise with Operations, Engineering, and other internal departments to support customer service activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, energy management, and account services, ensuring timely resolution
  • Support business plan development and contribute to regulatory reporting
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, including performance coaching and training plans
  • Represent ATCO professionally with customers, vendors, local officials, and governments
What You Bring:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration (university degree, technical institute, or college diploma)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in administration and customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in office management, including equipment and inventory coordination
  • Strong knowledge of practices and principles, with budget management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A commitment to service excellence and leading by example
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong community relationships
