Dyno Nobel is seeking a Site Supervisor for an on-site, camp-based role in a remote location. You will plan and lead site operations, ensuring safety, cost performance, and service delivery, while enforcing HSEQ standards and security programs.
The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 5+ years of progressive experience, and at least 2 years in supervision within related industries. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.
This is a 3 week on site in camp - 3 week off Position - Located in Baffin Island

As the Site Supervisor, you will plan and lead the site operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas of people, equipment, material and environmental safety, cost performance, customer product and service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable HSEQ Performance Standards, and site security program.
