Dyno Nobel is seeking a site supervisor for the Eskay Creek distribution site in BC, Canada. The role involves leading daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the Zero Harm safety program while meeting budget goals.
Travel is required (30%), with duties including vehicle operations to deliver explosive products and on-site maintenance. A high school diploma and 5+ years in supervision within mining or explosives are expected.

This is fly in and fly out to Eskay Creek, BC. This position is 2 weeks on-site/2 weeks out, and 12 Hour Shifts. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be the leader of supervising operation of, and manage assets at, the Eskay Creek distribution site to deliver Dyno Nobel’s non-negotiable Zero Harm safety program as well as the company’s financial objectives. You will manage inventories, equipment, maintenance, site infrastructure and CFC’s. Other duties will include:
