The Role: Our Retail team seeks a Supervisor for our JD Sports Robson Street location. Join our growing team to deliver excellent customer experiences, foster team development, and ensure operational excellence through managerial tasks like scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining product knowledge.
• Train and develop a team focused on delivering outstanding experiences through coaching and feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
• Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
• Stay informed about product trends and share expertise to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of current and upcoming products and trends.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Support initiatives in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Proactively grow the business through community outreach.
• Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness in all actions.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer experiences by sharing our products enthusiastically.
