Sodexo Canada Ltd in Edmonton is seeking a Supervisor-Kitchen Culinary to coordinate daily food service and support hospital nutrition programs. You'll lead a team, ensure service delivery across client premises, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in food management, a college degree, and strong communication. Competitive hourly pay of $23–$25, with a 37.5 hour week and a variable schedule, on-site in Edmonton.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of work experience in food management or food service.
Abilities to manage, supervise, plan and organize and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily food service and catering operations, ensuring coordination of activities and service delivery across client premises.
Supervise the food service and catering teams, including participation in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling of food service employees.
Maintain up-to-date budgets and inventory, optimizing food supplies, purchasing, and stock control to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, quality and safety standards, applying internal policies and participating in safety training and reporting.
Monitor customer service quality, address complaints, and ensure that the employees follow the group processes and policies.
