Join to apply for the Superviseur technique - Quart de Nuit role at Kraft Heinz.

Reporting to the maintenance manager, the superviseur technique directly supervises a technical team composed of mechanics, electrical technicians, and central pallet operators. The role ensures compliance with health and safety standards, quality standards, and achieves operational results. It also involves eliminating losses, resolving production faults, executing repair schedules, and developing teams towards greater autonomy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead equipment performance and ensure the safe implementation of the maintenance schedule.
  • Manage health, safety, and quality by complying with regulations, implementing corrective and preventive actions, conducting audits, and participating in investigations to improve equipment reliability.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and monitor the weekly maintenance schedule.
  • Resolve operational issues by prioritizing according to plant needs.
  • Lead, supervise, develop, and motivate teams to meet financial objectives.
  • Participate in operational meetings and monitor equipment performance indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to practices and tools of Kraft Heinz's manufacturing management system (KHMS).

Required qualifications:

  • Technical DEC in mechanical, electrical, or equivalent.
  • Experience in team management in a manufacturing environment or extensive technical expertise (mechanical/electrical). Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading documents/plans in English and ability to communicate in English.
  • Experience with preventive management information systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
