Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Quality Supervisor for its Mirabel terminal on the day shift. This position is 100% face-to-face due to operational requirements.


Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily quality activities in a warehouse environment specialized in aeronautical parts. You will lead a team of two quality and training coordinators, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction. Our certification is ISO9001.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Responsibilities :

  • Coach, support and develop your team;
  • Plan and coordinate non-conformance management activities;
  • Communicate the organization's quality vision and strategic priorities to your team;
  • Ensure the management of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Ensure the ongoing training of the team, including the induction of new employees, the transfer of technical knowledge and the rigorous application of operational processes and quality standards;
  • Keep warehouse quality processes up to date and participate in their continuous improvement;
  • Promote a strong quality culture within the team and with related departments;
  • Contribute to the implementation and standardization of quality monitoring tools;
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics and inventory teams to ensure compliance and adherence to procedures in place;
  • Maintain quality performance indicators and ensure regular follow-up;
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits, as well as quality committees.
  • All other related tasks.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

Profile required:

  • Bachelor's degree (BAC) in engineering, or quality management or other relevant discipline or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in personnel management;
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in quality, in a manufacturing or warehousing environment;
  • Bilingualism required (spoken and written);
  • Mastery of continuous improvement tools (5S, problem solving, Kaizen, Lean 6 sigma);
  • Good command of Microsoft Office 365;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively;
  • Analytical mind, rigor and organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities and intervene quickly under pressure.
  • Strong stress management skills in a high-volume operational environment, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
