Job description

Day, 6h00-18h30, 3 days : Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Description : The Food Quality Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the plant's high quality and safety standards. Here is an overview of the main responsibilities :

  • Help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements by making sure that all procedures and regulations are strictly followed.
  • Ensure optimal employee performance by providing them with the support they need to achieve the plant's objectives.
  • Lead investigations when non-conformances are detected and customer complaints are received, and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
  • Plan resources efficiently to optimize plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules and adapt them as required.
  • Responsible for communications, employee training, and supervision of a team of a dozen employees.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the documentation system.
  • Ensure that procedures are followed to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Report to management any problems or concerns related to food product quality and recommend appropriate remedial action.

Skills Required :

  • Knowledge of food quality management.
  • Ability to make quick, effective decisions in the event of an emergency.
