Description : The Food Quality Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the plant's high quality and safety standards. Here is an overview of the main responsibilities :
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements by making sure that all procedures and regulations are strictly followed.
- Ensure optimal employee performance by providing them with the support they need to achieve the plant's objectives.
- Lead investigations when non-conformances are detected and customer complaints are received, and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Plan resources efficiently to optimize plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and adapt them as required.
- Responsible for communications, employee training, and supervision of a team of a dozen employees.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the documentation system.
- Ensure that procedures are followed to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality, health, and safety standards.
- Report to management any problems or concerns related to food product quality and recommend appropriate remedial action.
Skills Required :
- Knowledge of food quality management.

- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
