Gexel Telecom International Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee night-shift production operations. • Evaluate employees on attendance, work quality, attitude, and set objectives; develop development plans.
• Manage interpersonal and group conflicts; intervene when performance is unsatisfactory.

Position

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Know and comply with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies;
• Ensure break coverage on the assigned production line;
• Ensure that all materials and resources required to meet production objectives are available;
• Meet production deadlines while ensuring a high-quality product;
