Located approximately 155 kilometres northwest of Prince George in centralBC,the Mount Milligan Mineis a conventional truck-shovel open-pit copper and gold mine and concentrator with a 60,000 tpd capacity copper flotation processing plant.
Mount Milligan operates withcomfortablecamp accommodations equipped with private washrooms, TV, Wi‑Fi, an onsite gym, and other recreational activities. Bus transportation to and from site is provided free of charge from several locations within the region.

Mount Milligan is seeking aSuperintendent, Metallurgy to lead the metallurgical, process engineering, and on-site assay functions to generate accurate data, maximize metal recovery, optimize plant performance, and ensure stable, efficient, and safe operation of the processing plant. This role provides technical leadership across comminution, flotation, gravity recovery, dewatering, sampling, and quantitative assaying within the mine. This role is critical to Mount Milligan’s copper–gold concentrator performance, requiring strong mine-to-mill integration, ore variability understanding and management, concentrate quality control, and leadership of recovery forecasting to support safe and profitable operations.
This is a camp based position working a 7 days on/7days off schedule.
