Job summary

Canpac Marine Services Inc. is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to manage daily port and marine transportation activities in Canada. You will oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across multiple terminals.

The role requires five years or more in marine operations or leadership, the ability to lead large teams, and strong communication skills; willingness to relocate to port sites as needed and to travel for assignments.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of experience in marine operations or leadership roles.
• Other trades certificate or diploma.
• Willing to relocate; able to work in port/harbour environment.
• Experience with shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
