EBC Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead heavy civil projects, including tunneling, highways and water-related works. You will oversee on-site teams, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in heavy civil supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English. EBC offers a collaborative, safety-focused workplace with growth opportunities.

As a member of the Civil team, the site Superintendent will work under the guidance of the Site or General Superintendent to provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure successful execution of various heavy civil projects which may include tunneling, highways, infrastructure, earthworks, and hydroelectric projects.
