EBC Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance on Ontario civil infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams to keep projects on time and within budget. The role requires a civil engineering background with 8 years of progressive experience, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Bluebeam.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed safely, on schedule and in compliance with the contract and job cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $95,000-$145,000 . Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
