Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Bridge / Structures Superintendent based in the GTA to join a self-performing heavy civil contractor delivering bridges, rail, tunnels, and major infrastructure in Ontario. The role is Toronto-centered, project-based, with satellite site offices and a strong leadership group guiding the program.

You will lead delivery on a flagship project, collaborate with engineering, construction and client teams, and grow in technical leadership within transit and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent with experience delivering bridge and structures in heavy civil or major infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of concrete, formwork, sequencing, and execution under live or constrained conditions.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams with engineering, construction, and client involvement.
• Desire to grow technical and leadership skills within transit and infrastructure space.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Superintendent delivering bridge and structures work within heavy civil or major infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of complex concrete, formwork systems, sequencing, and execution under live or constrained conditions; you enjoy problem solving to crack exactly how complex work can be delivered effectively
• Comfortable working on large, multi year transit or infrastructure projects with high technical and stakeholder demands
• A leadership style built on preparation, accountability, and collaboration with engineering, construction, and client teams
• Keen to continue developing your technical and leadership skills within the major transit and infrastructure space, rather than stepping away from the work
