Mr. Handyman of SW Edmonton is seeking a handyman to service Edmonton and surrounding areas. The role involves applying basic construction skills across residential and commercial projects with emphasis on reliability, problem-solving, and strong client relations.

Ideal candidates will have proficiency in multiple trades, own tools, a vehicle, and valid insurance. Competitive pay and support from a professional office team are provided.

Qualifications

The handyman we are looking for should have skill in at least three (3) of the following areas:

• General Carpentry (rough and finish)
• Drywall Repair (Patching/Caulking)
• Painting (interior and exterior)
• Fence repairs and installation
• Deck repairs and installation
• Door repairs and installation
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Flooring Repair and Installation
• Great customer service and client relations
• Knowledge of building codes
• Must have a current driver's license and insurance
• Must have tools, work vehicle and good references
• Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation
• Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
