Job description

Mission: Under the supervision of the manufacturing supervisor, the Super Cleaner is responsible for executing enhanced cleaning of manufacturing equipment (stations, holding tanks, supply lines, portable equipment) in compliance with sanitary standards. The role involves ensuring operational quality and compliance, coordinating team members, demonstrating leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the Super Cleaning schedule based on the biofilm prevention and removal program, in collaboration with the hygienist;
  • Perform Super Cleanings of manufacturing equipment as per internal requirements and schedule (typically every 6 months or as needed);
  • Serve as a resource and role model for other employees involved in cleaning operations;
  • Record Super Cleaning data into systems such as AS400 and Excel;
  • Communicate work progress clearly and promptly to the supervisor;
  • Contribute to improving cleaning practices by proposing innovative solutions;
  • Adhere strictly to work procedures, health and safety regulations, and GMPs;
  • Handle valve repairs as needed;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
