A family-owned vineyard operation is looking for a Summer Viticulture Technician to assist in implementing the viticulture program across various vineyard locations. This position involves outdoor work, data collection for crop management, and support during harvesting. Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors, alone, and under various weather conditions.
• Having or working towards a degree or diploma in Viticulture/Oenology or natural sciences is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to operate an ATV or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Field work and data collection for crop yield forecasting.
• Scouting for Integrated Pest Management.
• Assessing vine water status.
• Assisting with internal research trials.
• Performing maturity sampling near harvest.
