ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking to hire a Co-op Student to join our Sustainability team for an 8-month period starting in September 2025. Come gain hands-on experience with a Sustainability team that has won the Best ESG Reporting Award by the IR Magazine Awards Canada 2023 and 2024, and the Sustainability, ESG and Purpose Award by the Governance Professionals of Canada, Excellence in Governance Awards 2024.
The Co-op Student, Sustainability Reporting will help drive improvements in TransAlta’s sustainability reporting, including climate reporting obligations, by implementing processes, controls and systems for consistent and accurate reporting.
This role is based at our Head Office in Downtown Calgary, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
