Summer Student Material Handler

This role will require you to manage time, pick, receive goods/products, handle material, and other warehouse tasks.

• Position is physically demanding; ability to lift over 50 Lbs throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

All employees of Bayside Distribution must obtain and maintain a personal security clearance and controlled goods approval. To obtain these clearances the applicant must not have resided outside of Canada for a period of six months or more within the last five years. These clearances require police, employment and personal references.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with the warehouse safety rules.
• Build Safe Pallets
• Follow proper processes and complete paperwork for order picking
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm (minimum of 40 hours per week)
