Job Summary

As aSummer Student for our Maintenance team at the Senneville location, you will perform a variety of tasks to help keep our facilities in good condition. Responsibilities may include maintaining equipment, minor repairs, applying paint to a building (interior/exterior) and moving materials or equipment.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist operations with minor tasks, such as setting up equipment or transporting materials weighing up to 50 pounds;
  • Load, unload and move products and materials, by hand or using handling accessories;
  • Pack, secure and transport equipment efficiently and without damage;
  • Preparing surfaces for painting: Repair cracks, smooth and seal surfaces;
  • Mix and match colors of covering products, according to specifications;
  • Apply paint to a building and/or various surfaces.

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
  • Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
  • Salary: 17$;
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, day schedule;
  • Temporary position, full-time 37.5hrs per week.
