Job Description for Cleaning Staff at Crystal Clean Maintenance

Main Duties

Responsibilities include:

• General cleaning for corporate clients, including:
• Cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas, washrooms, and other areas as requested by the customer.
• Replenishing supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other areas.
• Emptying trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
• Operating an auto scrubber.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as walking, standing, bending, and crouching.

Requirements

• Legally able to obtain employment in Canada.
• Detail-oriented, friendly, and professional.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to learn, seek new challenges, and take on additional responsibilities.
• Good reasoning ability and common sense to solve practical problems.
• Ability to identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to your supervisor.
• Compliance with all safety policies and procedures, including incident reporting and proper use of supplies.
