The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is hiring an Office Administrator for the Clifford Bowey program to assist in school operations during the summer. This role includes maintaining records, supporting teachers and students, and managing inquiries, requiring a strong proficiency in Aspen and computer applications.
Developmental Disability / Autism Program
We are hiring 1 Office Administrator for the Clifford Bowey program location: 1300 Kitchener Avenue, Ottawa ON.
Program Duration: Thursday, July 3, 2025, to Thursday, July 24, 2025 (16 days)
Start Date: Staff Orientation (3 hours) will be required on July 2nd.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
School hours are from 8:30 to 2:30 pm daily.
Rate of Pay: $30.96 per hour + 4%
Under the direction of the Site Administrator, the Summer School Office Administrator ensures the efficient operation of the school office; assists in providing a positive and safe learning environment for all students and staff; maintains student and staff information and records; provides support to teachers and students; assesses and directs inquiries; performs data entry and prepares correspondence; performs other duties as assigned. Working knowledge of Aspen is a must.
