About the Role

Our stores are the heart of our business, serving as primary touchpoints with our customers. As retail evolves, our stores set the tone for our brands, providing a window into our identity. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service
2. Authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
3. Being a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge
4. Building and maintaining customer relationships
5. Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations
6. Assessing customer needs and providing product information
7. Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
8. Maintaining store and stockroom presentation and organization

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail, with strong connection to consumers
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Inspires trust and recognizes contributions
• Adapts quickly and acts purposefully on the shop floor
• Owns responsibilities and makes informed in-store decisions
