Job summary

The City of Woodstock is seeking a Summer Student Labourer in the Public Works Department. This role involves assisting residents with waste disposal, helping to maintain site cleanliness, and providing support for essential community services. Ideal candidates will be returning to post-secondary education and possess a Class G2 Ontario Driver's License. Qualifications

  • Must be able to commit to a 40-hour work week.
  • Availability for outdoor duties and adverse weather conditions.
  • Experience with First Aid and CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and direct them for waste disposal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the site.
  • Assist the public and relay information to supervisors.

Skills

Ability to work in all weather conditions
