Job summary
The District School Board Ontario North East is seeking Summer Mental Health Workers for six part-time positions from July 2 to August 22, 2025. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma or degree and experience in supporting mental health in youth. This role includes engaging with students to promote their well-being in a summer educational setting.
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or related field is required.
- Must provide a Criminal Background Check with vulnerable Sector Screening before employment.
Responsibilities
- Support the mental health of students during the summer program.
- Work part-time to engage with youth in a supportive learning environment.
