Manulife/John Hancock is offering an ESG internship within the General Account ESG team in Toronto. The role focuses on climate risk analysis, ESG integration, regulatory reporting, data analysis and sustainable finance research across the investment portfolio.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Investments, Risk, Finance, Data and Sustainability to support a range of ESG initiatives, translate research into practical insights, and learn how ESG factors shape investment decisions.
This role supports the General Account ESG team in integrating ESG and climate-related considerations into investment decision-making across Manulife's global investment portfolio. Responsibilities include climate risk analysis, ESG integration, regulatory reporting, data analysis, and sustainable finance research. The successful candidate will work with colleagues across Investments, Risk, Finance, Data, and Sustainability to support a range of ESG and climate-related initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between: $39,000.00 CAD - $60,450.00 CAD The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
