Summer Helper

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Position is a temporary opportunity, working full-time throughout the summer months.
2. Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
3. Perform various manual labor tasks in a factory environment.
4. Wear and use all required safety PPE.
5. Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, weekends, etc., where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age, preferably enrolled in school or an accredited university.
2. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all safety and housekeeping rules.
3. Ability to learn to operate plant equipment.
4. Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
5. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
6. Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
7. Effective teamwork and communication skills with all co-workers.
8. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
9. Meet the essential physical requirements of the position.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
