Summer FC is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Grassroots Soccer Coaches. This part-time, seasonal role involves delivering fun, engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, fostering skill development and teamwork in a safe environment. Coaches will also play a crucial role in mentoring fellow coaches and managing coaching shifts.

• Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Join Our Summer FC Coaching Team! From July to August, and Inspire the Next Generation!

Grassroots Soccer Coach :

Join our mission to ignite a passion for soccer in young players!

Role & Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
• Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Compensation :

$25-$35 / session, based on experience and group size.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Inspire and mentor fellow coaches.
• Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution.
• Adapt to weather conditions, rescheduling when necessary.
• Ensure availability on Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Maintain records of attendance and coach availability.
• Oversee program quality and safety standards.
• Participate in weekly meetings to contribute to program improvements.

Skills and Qualifications for Both Roles :
