The Opportunity

Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and deliver daily activities that spark creativity and excitement.
2. Understand each child and their family's unique needs, planning for successful outcomes.
3. Ensure seamless execution of daily routines, documenting and completing tasks promptly.
4. Comply with New Brunswick Child Care standards and Abuse Protocol Practices, aligning programming with YMCA and New Brunswick standards.
5. Embrace the YMCA Healthy Child Development Program, infusing its principles into your vibrant programming.
6. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, responding promptly and effectively in emergencies.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a Day Camp or Youth Program setting.
2. Strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
3. Excellent team player with cooperative leadership abilities.
4. Flexible with working hours and locations.
5. Employment contingent on a clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and a cleared Social Development Check.
6. Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR.
