We have an immediate need to hire engaging individuals, passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, for our retail locations throughout Ontario. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work from May 5th to September 1, 2025. With your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills, you will help create lasting impressions that our customers will remember, along with their purchases.

As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to inspire others, reach your full potential, and share your knowledge about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits. You will also receive online training, including product knowledge essentials.

About the Role:

  • Serve customers using our POS/Cash system promptly, courteously, and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
  • Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
  • Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe (including cleaning spills and broken bottles).
  • Perform duties that may involve repeatedly lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg while standing.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit).
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
  • Willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment.

Required Availability:

  • Friday evenings (5:00 p.m. – close).
  • All day Saturday and Sunday (4-8 hour shifts).

Long Weekends:

  • Victoria Day weekend
  • Canada Day weekend
  • Civic Holiday weekend
  • Labour Day weekend

Additional Availability:

  • Weekday shifts (Monday - Thursday) based on store needs.
  • Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; shifts may be available on short notice.
