Mad Science & Imagine Arts Academy is seeking energetic and responsible leaders for summer camps. As a camp leader, you will inspire children aged 4-12 through interactive science and art activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and availability for the full duration of the summer program.

• CPR C & First Aid Certificate required.

Job Summary

At Mad Science & Imagine Arts Academy we are having a blast. Build and fly rockets, demonstrate lasers, and help children create slime and other polymers. Create Art with Purpose as you discover different mediums while exploring different Art ideas and techniques from around the world. You will inspire the next generation of scientists and artists through our innovative activities that show kids what science & art is really all about.

We are currently looking for OUTGOING and DYNAMIC people to lead our Summer Camps!

We provide the training and equipment, and handle all the booking and scheduling from our office. All you do is have fun with the kids!

Requirements:

• An OUTGOING and DYNAMIC personality
• Experience with groups of children ages 4-12
• Reliable Vehicle for all working hours (A MUST!)
• A cell phone
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Lots of ENERGY
• Camp Experience a bonus!
• Must be available at least 6 weeks between June 30th - August 29th everyday from 8:30am-4:30pm
• Must be available for training during the last 2 weeks of June
• All employees are required to submit a Vulnerable Sector Screening at time of hiring
• CPR C & First Aid Certificate required (can be obtained after hiring)
• Must be willing to travel within the GTA - Access to a Vehicle with a Valid G or G2 License is a must!
