Job summary

A youth sports program provider in Brampton is seeking an experienced Summer Camp Coordinator for a Full-Time seasonal role. The coordinator will oversee basketball and sports camps operations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure a safe and engaging environment for children in Grades 1-8. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in recreation and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff in recreation, education, or related field.
• Experience in a school or camp leadership setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children in Grades 1–8.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily camp operations under the direction of the Camp Director.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate camp staff and volunteers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns.
