Job summary

Dt-Home-Reno is offering an 8-month program where you learn to run your own business. You will build it from scratch, hire and lead a crew, sell to real customers, and manage actual P&L.

Part-time in the first semester and full-time in the summer, you’ll gain hands-on general management experience and a mentor relationship that lasts beyond the season. Average earnings during the first year are 27k–29k CAD.

SWMP is an 8-month program (winter through fall) where you learn to run your own business. You'll spend the winter and spring building it from scratch (sales, hiring, planning).

Then run it all summer as the general manager.

You will handle real customers, a real crew, and will be responsible for a real P&L.

What you'll actually do:

• Sell and win your own customers before the season even starts


• Own your budget, your margins, and your bottom line


• Report on real numbers (revenue, costs, profit)


• You’ll work part-time during the first semester and full-time in the summer
