Sultan Enterprises Inc. is seeking Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisors

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $22.60- $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Monitor/Organize inventory and place orders for merchandise as needed
• Assign sales workers duties and shift schedules
• Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes and staffing-related issues
• Address customer complaints and resolve any related issues
• Supervise the sales staff and cashiers
• Recruit and train new members of the sales team

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of sales experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
