Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Payroll & HRIS, the SuccessFactors HRIS Specialist will support the Human Resources team and other internal business partners by managing the ongoing maintenance, operational and technical support of all aspects of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS system. In addition, they will participate in design and discovery of new solutions and take a critical role in driving the implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment and technical documentation of key SuccessFactors projects that leverage the platform or related third-party vendor applications.
