Job description

As part of a strategic HR transformation project, we are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Business Analyst, with strong expertise in the RMC (Recruiting Management - Candidate) and RMK (Recruiting Marketing) modules.

You will play a key role in analyzing business needs and acting as a bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document recruitment-related business requirements.

  • Serve as the point of contact between functional HR teams and technical teams.

  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors RMC/RMK modules.

  • Manage system interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party applications (payroll, HRIS, ATS, etc.).

  • Write functional specifications and related documentation.

  • Lead UAT phases, support deployments, and provide training to users.

  • Stay up to date with product updates and suggest continuous improvements.

Profile Requirements:
  • 6 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 5 years working with SuccessFactors.

  • Strong hands-on experience with RMC and RMK modules is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in interface management and system integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
