Responsibilities :

• Manage the classroom to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment
• Follow the Spirit of Math teaching methodology and administrative procedures
• Deliver lessons effectively to students
• Grade assignments, tests, and exams
• Build and maintain relationships with parents
• Address student performance and behavior issues
• Manage assistant teachers as needed
• Keep accurate records of grades and attendance
• Participate in peer evaluations periodically
• Attend professional development sessions several times a year
