Jacobs is seeking a Substation Studies Engineer to perform power system analyses for transmission and distribution substations across North America. The Substation Studies Engineer is responsible for performing power system analyses to support the planning, design, operation, and expansion of transmission and distribution substations. As a substation studies engineer, you will develop and validate system models, perform technical studies, evaluate equipment performance, and provide recommendations to ensure reliable and compliant operation of the power system and substation design.
The base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 to $149,700.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire salaries across Ontario, Canada locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
