Red Deer Mitsubishi is hiring a Subprime Finance Expert to join our high-performing sales and finance team.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a solid background in automotive finance and a strong understanding of subprime lending. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own deals from A to Z — from customer contact to final delivery — with the autonomy and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and close subprime finance deals independently

• Contact, follow up, and convert warm leads from an active database

• Conduct finance approvals with major lenders and subprime institutions

• Book appointments and close deals over the phone

• Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams

• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

• At least 3 years in a finance manager role (subprime experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of how banks and finance companies operate

• Excellent communication and closing skills over the phone

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing a sales funnel

• Maturity and empathy to understand client needs and build trust
