The Child and Family Programs Division of the Ministry of Social Services seeks a highly motivated, innovative, and skilled Subject Matter Expert to support testing for the Linkin Enterprise Case Management and Payment system, as well as the EBMP project. Responsibilities include data collection and financial reporting. The role is a 6-month term reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Business Intelligence.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience with CFP case management practices within the Linkin system, familiarity with CFP policies, and understanding of business processes related to payments. Working knowledge of SQL and IBM COGNOS reporting is an asset.
Strong experience with the Linkin system, proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and communication tools are essential. The candidate must be a quick learner, with excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills. Ability to deliver presentations effectively to diverse audiences is required.
