An established industry player is seeking a proactive subcontracts professional to join their Infrastructure team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for subcontract and procurement management, including onboarding subcontractors and managing agreements for a significant GO Transit project. You will work from the downtown Toronto office until mid-2025, transitioning to the site office in Durham Region. Description
You are an ambitious subcontracts professional who will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective subcontract and procurement management. This includes onboarding subcontractors, drafting subcontracts, work orders, and amending agreements, reviewing insurance certificates, and managing databases. You will also be responsible for the completion of commercial negotiations for an exciting GO Transit project.
You will be required to work out of the downtown Toronto office and transition to the site office in Durham Region by mid-2025.
