Job summary

Alstom in Saint-Bruno, Quebec seeks a full-time Financial Controller to drive project financial performance and ensure compliance with company standards. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and KPIs, analyze risks, and work with sub system managers and operational teams to monitor financial health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, ideally in project controlling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive, curious, and autonomous mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial controlling expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a key role in driving project financial performance and ensuring compliance with company standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Sub System Managers, operational teams, and other business units to monitor financial performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze risks and opportunities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing budgets and monthly KPIs, but also contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
