I have the perfect role for you in a 100% Quebec company with strong growth in acquisition. There is also significant internal growth potential if you're interested.

What You'll Do

• Sales and service (target of 350k sales) for specialized markets.
• No cold calling; well-distributed incoming calls in ACD format.
• You will have your own client module.

Experience:

3 years as a broker (1 year in substandard).

Certifications:

AMF, AEC.

Insurers:

Pafco, Echelon, Morin Elliot, Universelles, Optimum, April, South Western.

Systems used:

EPIC+ Expert Rates.

Bilingual (French, English) is a must.

Compensation and Benefits:

• % commission on new business + bonus.
• Minimum 3 weeks of vacation.
• Hours: 37.5 per week, daytime schedule.
• RRSP matching up to 2%, group insurance, health insurance, etc.

Work Mode and Location:

• Hybrid mode: 2 days in-person, remaining remote.
• Location: 22 offices to choose from; for in-person days, branch may be 15 minutes from your home.
