About The Role

As a Banana Republic stylist, you will help create aspirational and on-trend looks that enhance the customer's emotional connection to the brand. You will be an expert on styling and fashion, with a thorough understanding of designers, brands, and seasonal trends. Your goal is to grow the business by delivering outstanding customer experiences in a positive, friendly, and inclusive environment.

What You'll Do

• Take inspiration from credible fashion references and translate that into styling solutions for customers.
• Engage authentically with customers to understand their styling needs.
• Serve as a Brand storyteller to create memorable experiences that drive sales and meet store goals.
• Demonstrate values consistent with our Words to Live By.
• Support creating an inclusive environment where customers and employees feel a sense of belonging.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.

Who You Are

• Experienced in styling within luxury fashion or possess strong trend and designer brand knowledge.
• Effective communicator capable of building brand loyalty through meaningful customer connections.
• Flexible with work shifts to meet business needs.
• Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting up to 30lb with or without accommodations.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and hospitality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and working as part of a team.
• Aligned with Gap Inc. culture and a curious, proactive attitude.
