Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Newmarket is seeking a fashion-forward Stylist to deliver personalized experiences and build complete outfits for customers. You will guide fittings, share styling tips, and help clients find looks that reflect their unique style.

You bring at least 2 years of styling or retail sales experience, strong knowledge of trends, and comfort with social media. This is a full-time onsite role with evenings and weekends required; competitive pay, benefits, discounts, and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist or retail sales associate.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay current with fashion trends and translate into client outfits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized experience through curated choices reflecting each customer’s style.
• Demonstrate ability to build outfits and increase basket size across categories.
• Provide exceptional fitting room service and demonstrate wear vs. styling.
• Share product knowledge and styling tips on fit, fabric, care, and trends.
• Exceed corporate and personal goals and contribute to store success with integrity.
• Grow and retain a personal client list; reach out via phone, email, and social media.
• Collaborate with management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment; support Store Operations as needed.
• Exemplify the company’s vision, mission, and values.
