Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Canada is seeking a stylist to deliver personalized fashion experiences that reflect each customer’s unique style. You will build outfits, boost basket size, and provide exceptional fitting room service across Garage & Dynamite brands.

The role requires at least 2 years in styling or retail, a high school diploma, and a flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll stay on top of fashion trends and share expert styling tips with customers.

Qualifications

• Great style sense and confidence in fashion trends.
• Flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 2 years as stylist or retail sales associate.
• Experience in a target-based sales environment is an asset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping the customer focus.
• Social media skills and comfort with mobile devices and computers.

Responsibilities

A Stylist will:

• Deliver a personalized experience through curated choices that reflect each customer’s unique style and preferences
• Demonstrate a strong ability to build outfits and increase customer basket size across multiple product categories
• Offer exceptional fitting room service, creating complete looks and demonstrating the impact of wearing versus styling
• Stay updated, and share expert level of product knowledge and styling tips covering everything from ways to wear, overall fit, fabric, and care instructions
• Exceed all corporate and personal goals and contribute to the store’s overall success with passion and integrity
• Grow a personal client list by consistently acquiring new customers while also inspiring and retaining existing loyal customer base
• Communicate regularly with personal client lists through phone, email, and social media regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
• Be supportive in satisfying all customer requests and collaborate with management team as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
• Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
• Provide support to the Store Operations team upon request, based on needs
• Exemplify the company’s vision, mission, and values

A Stylist has:
