Job description

  • Style clients for a variety of occasions, offering expert guidance on fabric, fit, and design
  • Conduct client discovery conversations and manage inbound leads via phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Host clients during appointments, providing refreshments and warm, professional service
  • Attend and represent the brand at events such as wedding shows and in-store open houses
  • Assist with content creation for social media, showcasing in-store activity and style highlights
  • Support day-to-day operations including showroom upkeep, garment prep, and appointment coordination
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
  • Passion for fashion and men’s style, with a strong personal aesthetic
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to different personality types and preferences
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with attention to both verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong memory and time management skills
  • Comfortable using social media tools and capturing photo/video content
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, high-touch environment
  • Comfortable with occasional repetitive tasks (e.g., client call lists) that require focus and consistency
