We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisor to join the Equinox team at our Equinox Club in Yorkville! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

The Shop Associate provides an unparalleled customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and The Shop. The Shop Associate takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Shop Associate also assists with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. SALES & SERVICE:

• Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

• Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies
• Assist Shop MOD with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks

PRODUCT & PRESENTATION:

• Assist Shop MOD to ensure The Shop reflects the company's brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and adherence to dress code
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and in stockrooms

PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION:

• Build effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
• Stay informed about other departments to foster camaraderie and team spirit
• Follow all company policies and support initiatives
• Communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy

Qualifications:
