STUDIO OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Reports to: Communications and Engagement Director
Permanent – Full-Time
The team By actively contributing to creating a pleasant, healthy, and stimulating work environment, you will ensure the smooth operation of the studio, coordinate daily services, and help bring studio life to life.
What you will do Facilities & Logistics Management: Ensure that all spaces (open areas, meeting rooms, break zones) are in good condition and optimized for use; Manage inventory (coffee, snacks, office supplies, goodies, etc.); Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy; Coordinate service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance); Serve as the main contact point with the building management. Workplace Well-being & Quality of Life: Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize workspace layouts; Propose and implement well-being initiatives with the support of the H&S committee; Assist in the organization of internal events; Facilitate new employee integration and support logistical onboarding; Contribute to internal communications (posters, collaborative tools). Administrative Support: Provide occasional support to the HR and Office Management teams; Maintain records and inventories; Welcome visitors and prepare meeting rooms; Handle administrative follow-ups; Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries. What you bring Education in administration or a related field; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role; Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset; Energy and enthusiasm; Discretion; Efficiency and a fast-paced execution; Resourcefulness and adaptability; Initiative and strong autonomy; Excellent organizational skills.
