Job Title: Studio Manager
Location: Montreal
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience), 1x/week WFH, group insurance, 3 weeks vacation, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Studio & Talent Coordination
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and everything image-related from A–Z
- Book models and freelance creatives for photo shoots
- Handle product photography when needed and manage post-shoot assets
- Apply proper naming conventions and organize files for easy access and delivery
- Distribute final assets to the internal e-commerce team and global partners
- Keep track of all incoming/outgoing samples for shoot use and coordination
Packaging & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Creative Director to develop packaging, hangtags, and other branded materials
- Provide or direct product imagery for packaging use
- Support Photoshop editing and clean presentation of all clothing/product visuals
E-commerce & Platform Management
- Maintain product listings on Syndigo, inputting visuals, size charts, descriptions, and fabric details
- Ensure product detail pages are accurate, consistent, and visually polished
International Asset Distribution
- Share final imagery and video content with teams worldwide
- Adapt visuals based on region-specific platform requirements
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with international teams
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing creative deliverables
- Ability to track samples, stay on top of timelines, and juggle multiple moving pieces without second-guessing
- Experience in model booking and working with freelance creatives is a plus
- Comfortable working with Excel and has light familiarity with backend tools and platforms (Momentis)
- Experience coordinating large volumes of content and cross-functional creative projects
