Job description

Job Title: Studio Manager

Location: Montreal

Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience), 1x/week WFH, group insurance, 3 weeks vacation, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Talent Coordination

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and everything image-related from A–Z
  • Book models and freelance creatives for photo shoots
  • Handle product photography when needed and manage post-shoot assets
  • Apply proper naming conventions and organize files for easy access and delivery
  • Distribute final assets to the internal e-commerce team and global partners
  • Keep track of all incoming/outgoing samples for shoot use and coordination

Packaging & Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and Creative Director to develop packaging, hangtags, and other branded materials
  • Provide or direct product imagery for packaging use
  • Support Photoshop editing and clean presentation of all clothing/product visuals

E-commerce & Platform Management

  • Maintain product listings on Syndigo, inputting visuals, size charts, descriptions, and fabric details
  • Ensure product detail pages are accurate, consistent, and visually polished

International Asset Distribution

  • Share final imagery and video content with teams worldwide
  • Adapt visuals based on region-specific platform requirements
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with international teams

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing creative deliverables
  • Ability to track samples, stay on top of timelines, and juggle multiple moving pieces without second-guessing
  • Experience in model booking and working with freelance creatives is a plus
  • Comfortable working with Excel and has light familiarity with backend tools and platforms (Momentis)
  • Experience coordinating large volumes of content and cross-functional creative projects
